Installation and Commissioning of Patient Monitor, Infusion Pump, and Syringe Pump etc.

Commissioning of Central Monitoring System for Patient Monitors in ICU & Recovery Area.

Involved in Installation of Hospital Furniture, Beds and Modular Pharmacy.

Involved and handled overall Hospital Equipment installation and commissioning.

1.Nurse Call System

Supervise the construction of piping network and station, Diverters Installation.

Ensure All Station and diverter’s cable termination are done properly

Supervise the Blower Installation in Plant Room.

Station program and set up as per design.

Validating the Tube network and station are delivering the carrier as per command.

Performing disinfection procedure as per manufacturer recommendation.

Maintain the system after commissioning and performing preventive maintenance as per manufacturer recommendation.

2.Pneumatic Tube System

Supervise the construction of piping network and station, Diverters Installation.

Ensure All Station and diverter’s cable termination are done properly

Supervise the Blower Installation in Plant Room.

3. Medical Gas pipeline system

Executing the construction work at site

Ensure all the degreased copper pipes are installed with appropriate supports.

Verify all the outlets are fixed properly (BHU & Pendant)

Performing the MGPS Manifold Leak Test with necessary kit.

Ensure MGPS Manifold control terminations are properly tightened

Commissioning the MGPS’s Manifold control unit and its associated device (AVSU, Alarm Unit).

Ensure all the cylinder (left bank & right bank) inspecting the accordance with the check list

4. Modular Operating Theater – Laminar Air Flow System

Supervise the installation of Air Handling Unit and ensuring all pre filter, Bag filter and

HEPA filter in The Operation Theatre.

Construction of OT Canopy and Laminar Flow Diffuser Screen.

Installation, testing & commissioning of Automatic Sliding Doors.

Installation, testing & commissioning of Surgeon Control Panel, Operating Light etc.

Installation of Powder coated Panels, Printed Glass panels and ceiling in Modular OT.

Ensure the filter class as per project specified and installation of HEPA filters.

Measuring and Recording the data of Air particle counter in the OT.

Measuring and Recording of Air Volume, Velocity inside the OT.

Involved in Validation of Hepa filters and Modular Operation Theatres.

Preparing the Test Report and submitting to the consultant to get the approval.

5. IPS, BHU & Pendant

Involved in Execution of NCS, IPS, BHU and Pendant.

Involved in Pre-installation of Pendant, BHU and IPS.

Involved Fixation of Base Plate and pendant in MOT and ICU.

Installation, testing & Commissioning of NCS (Ascom & Schrack)

Installation, testing & Commissioning of Pendant ( Aeonmed, Ondal, Trumpf)
