KEY REPONSIBILITIES:

Handling QBD (Quality before delivery) process globally

Single point contact for External escalated QBD issues and presenting analysis to Region Heads and Sr. Director of BLEC (Blade Launch and execution centre)

Coordinating and driving the RCCA for the QBD cases

8d reports for the QBD cases and implementation of actions

Ensuring the QBD process compliance in all plants globally in all three regions APAC, AME and EMEA.

Team leader for Six sigma projects to reduce COPQ

SIX SIGMA PROJECTS DONE:

Problem solving project – Reduction of Excess Mass and Mass moment in V150 blades in Daimiel-Spain.

Problem solving project –Eliminating the Damper not entry in Engine Assembly process improved and Production increased. Cost saving of Rs. 2.5 lakhs per annum.

SIX SIGMA COMPETITIONS:

Presented a Problem-solving project in Six Sigma National Level Competition held in NEW DELHI organised by ACMA DELHI.

Team leader for the Six Sigma project presented.

Team leader for the Internal Improvement project presented in Ashok Leyland and got selected to present the project in the interplant competition.
