Role: Asst. Manager & Responsibilities.

Preparing and maintaining the Plumbing materials submittal flow sheet.

Studying tender documents in detail and maintaining the same

Site surveying and coordinating issues with clients

Clearly studying all plumbing & Firefighting drawings

Providing engineering inputs and support to the Draughtsman in the preparation of the Shop Drawings.

Checking, reviewing and approving shop drawings.

Taking-off Plumbing material quantities from the approved drawings and prepare material requisition.

Ensuring that plumbing and sanitary materials are ordered in time so that progress on site is not interrupted or delayed.

Planning labor requirements based on the construction program and providing requirements to the Project Manager.

Preparing regular Plumbing & Firefighting Daily progress reports and submits it to the Project Manager.

Attending scheduled meetings as advised by the Project Manager with other parties’ i.e. Client, Consultant, Main Contractor, Authorities etc.

Supervising all plumbing & Firefighting works, staffs, supervisors and labors.

Planning, preparing and document testing and commissioning plans and supervise all related commissioning activities.

Rectifying and completing snags prior to final handover.

Daily conducting the safety pep talk to plumbing and firefighting workers.

Coordinating with the Site Engineers, Supervisors and Foreman, work allocation and execution on a daily basis.

Daily check and maintain the (WIR) work Inspection Reports.

Minimize the wastage of material and check the quality of work every day by day.

Check the Incoming material ledger as per BOQ specification and maintain the IMIR records.

Check and maintain the (JMR) Joint Measurement records daily work basis.

Coordinate the civil and other agencies before starting the PHE works.

Check and submit the subcontractor bills as per scheduled date and time.

Minimize the rework at site.

To check and work done the mockup of the toilet works as per approved drawing and specification.

Coordinate with Quality controller and check the joint material inspection at manufacture area.
