Act as a liaison between the farmers and the CDCTTL in the organising of venues so the team of enumerators could collect data to create a National Fine/Favour Registry
Supervise the north team of enumerators in the collection of production data on major varieties, colons or grafted trees, the number of trees, age of trees, soil type and acreage.
Make sure that the team of enumerators fill out the questionnaires correctly
Provide summary reports on targets reached
Work along with the CDCTTL to make sure data entry is as efficient as possible during the creation of the National Fine/Favour Registry.
Project Achievement:
The enumerators were able to surpass the target of 1000 farmers surveyed

Projects and Achievements:
Through my efforts and other members of the Society, we were able to inform the nation of Guyana and other international territories about the state of the sea turtle population coming to nest on Guyana shores
As a result of exposing the Society to the public at exhibitions, I was instrumental in acquiring markets for the GMTCS products, resulting in increased revenues and awareness of the Society’s importance.

Responsibilities included:
Provided technical information to farmers of the Mabraruma/Hosororo Organic Cocoa Growers Association, for the purpose of improving their farm’s productivity
Conducted seminars and other training activities necessary for MHOCGA members to increase their technical knowledge of the planting and processing of cocoa beans
Prepared documents and other visual presentations for the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture.

Projects and Achievements:
Farmers were able to increase their acreage underproduction of cocoa
From the seminars and practical sessions conducted, farmers were able to learn and use improved processing techniques resulting in better fermenting and drying of cocoa beans
A team of project technicians and I secured the local markets for the locally made cocoa sticks and international markets (Holland and England) for the dried cocoa beans
I was able to organize a smooth transport system, which would take MHOCGA products from the site of cultivation and processing; to Georgetown (the capital city)
over 1000 miles away for shipment to markets overseas. I am proud to mention that there was never a situation where a shipment did not arrive on time
