I’m making improvement on their facility, employees, training, repair parts, tools and processes. I’m currently managing their San Antoni, Creedmoor and Georgetown locations.

Army Fleet Maintenance Manager-Z-Systems/AKIMA Contract, Fort Hood, TX February 2019 to June 2020

I manage the stay behind equipment for a deployed Army heavy brigade combat team battalion consisting of 5 companies and their facility.

SAP (GCSS-Army) Coordinator – Z-Systems Eagle Contract - Fort Hood, TX October 2019 – February 2019

I help oversee equipment readiness for 37 Army companies. I assist with their operations, logistics and supply chain. I advise 7 managers and their senior leadership on their equipment maintenance operations. I use the SAP (GCSS-Army) program daily to check for errors and accurate reporting.

I took a 100 page readiness report and turned it into about 80 pages after checking for errors and accuracy.

I helped the organization paint a more accurate picture of their readiness.

Fleet Maintenance Manager – Fort Hood, TX 2016- 2019

Drove the maintenance management for a M1A2 tank and Bradly battalion consisting of five companies I was the primary adviser to senior leadership on all matters related to maintenance procedures and operations for a $150M fleet. Trained, developed and oversaw daily tasks and duties for 15 Managers and 31 Technicians. Planned, coordinated, and executed all maintenance support and recovery operations for training events.

Automotive Fleet Maintenance Manager – Fort Bliss, TX 2014-2016

Supervised The Army’s Maintenance Management System (TAMMS) for an organization consisting of 600 personnel, 200 Stryker and supporting vehicles valued over $140M.
