• Collaborating with technology part manufactures and introducing parts for better performance, safety and to meet customer requirements. For example, Lip seal, PTFE O-rings, Smart positioners, special coatings etc.

• Mono Flange’s – ” to 2” class 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500, & 2500.

• Hot TAP Tee as per ASME B 31.4.

• Pneumatic actuator (rack and pinion) - (B270 and B300) - calculation and prototype development.

• Design of Thermocouple adaptor for annular wing blocks for subsea Tree

• Painting process development with the help for work cell and kaizen. Product certification and audits

• Represented design team for API-6D audit – 3 times, and closed all NC’s
