Such parts are also used in the aftermarket wholesale and retail sales space and processing employed in industrial and related business entity situations.

I have prepared, briefed, and filed three cases before the United States Supreme Court. I have prevailed and won all such cases as an appellant. One such case is known within Constitutional Law textbooks and to students and scholars of such area (being the initial eight Amendments) of the law as: “The Incorporation Doctrine Case”. Such case held, as construed by the United States Supreme Court, it was the intent of the Legislative Branch of the Government (Congress), that The Bill of Rights shall, within the United States Constitution, henceforth, be considered to be incorporated within the purview of these sections of the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution: i.e., (1) The Due Process of Law Clause and (2) The Equal Protection Under the Law Clause. Such holding changed more than 100 years of prevailing United States of America Constitutional Law theory.

I have further taken numerous appeals and administrative review actions (343) and successfully prevailed in 94.5% of such appeals and administrative review actions to various Courts of Appeals and Federal, State and Local Administrative Agency Appeals.

I am a certified: (1) mediator, (2) arbitrator, and (3) negotiations settlement facilitator with extensive “real world” experiences and grand success in the conduct of such areas of endeavors.

Some people know how to build houses—I know how to build business entities. I have been an operating receiver appointed by: (1) stockholders, (2) creditors, or (3) courts to operate various kinds of entities for a successful turnaround or orderly liquidation/”wind-up” paying a hefty dividend.

I have been able to help sick and distressed: (1) business firms and (2) non-profit organizations recover to a state of profitability and remain (financially and personnel-wise) healthy.

I have a deep understanding of people and a successful history of building excellent teams of management, who can work well together.

I am one of the “Founding Fathers” of the (1) American Agricultural Law Association and (2) The National Turn Around Management Association. Retained by State of Illinois Legislature (House of Representatives Joint Sub-Committees on Commerce and Judiciary to write the

following legislation and appurtenant administrative agency regulations in the area of Real Estate Brokeage: (1) The Exclusive Seller Representation Contract Act (2) The Exclusive Buyer Representation Contract and (3) The Anti-Dual Agency Representation Contract Act (1 983-1986).

Retained jointly by United States Department Agriculture and United States House of Representatives Joint Sub-Committees on Agriculture and Judiciary for the purpose of writing administrative and compliance regulations in connection with the Food Safety and Modernization Act and amendments thereto (2000 - 2017).
