Allocation of the work to the Foreman according to priorities and project requirement.

Checking of materials received at site and sign for quality in the bill.

Preparation of Plumbing program schedule as per the civil schedule and reviewing.

Ensuring execution of project as per the specifications provided by the client & design team, manage resources (Enterprise Resource Planning) and resolve day-to-day issues

Checking installation of all the plumbing drainage line high level works of (soil lines, waste lines, rain water lines) as per the quality & standard.

Checking other activities like installation of water supply line (CWS, FWS HWS) as per the drawing & also checking the pressure testing as per the quality and standard.

Timely coordination with client as well as internal team (Vendors, purchase team etc.) to ensure on time performance.

Attending weekly meeting with departmental site staff to review progress

Providing necessary inputs for MIS report.

Preparation of As Built Drawings and giving necessary inputs to M&E Design team.
