EXPERIENCE

Regional Learning Director, Officer Education Training Manager, March 2020 – Present

Company: Young President’s Organization (YPO)

Provides regionally strategic direction, executive coaching, and advisory on curriculum design best practices and in-house tools to ensure successful L&D programs (400 learning events annually).

Builds executive relationships and provides consultative and coaching services to approximately 200 executive CEO learning officers and champions (36 chapters).

Manages the design and delivery of learning officer education related workshops (approx. 8 – 12 annually) at the Regional and Global levels for 900 executive champions. Supports broader global talent / officer education projects to deepen understanding and improve future program execution.
