• First Adopter of PS8 CRM with internal implementation of Sales / Marketing module V 8.0. PeopleSoft acquired Vantive and rebuilt the CRM application on PS8 architecture. The timeline for this project was complex, in addition to having only alpha and beta products for implementation within the Project. • Implementation of PS8 CRM with internal implementation of Support module V 8.0. Established and maintained a detailed Project Plan to implement global CRM projects. This project was especially complex since the PeopleSoft Call Centers had been using Vantive and would be giving up a lot of functionality to implement their own PS8 CRM product. This project also integrated CRM with Financials and HR to become an Enterprise system.

• Upgrade of PS8 CRM to Version 8.4 including Sales, Marketing and Support modules. Functioned as Program Management Office Principle for the upgrade of PS8 CRM to 8.4 for Sales, Marketing and Support (Call Center) modules. This Project included the update of the PS.com and CustomerConnection.com sites. Complexity of project included the migration of customizations built in 8.0 and juggling the Business needs with all lines of business, now that all applications shared a single Enterprise system.

• Provided NDE (Nondestructive Examination) Program and Project support. This support required Management to certify as Eddy Current Testing Level 2 Operators for data acquisition. Deployed for field services work managing Project teams during NDE projects for steam generator and secondary heat exchanger inspections. Project sites included Trojan, Ginna, Palisades, San Onofre and Haddam Neck commercial power plants.
