Sep2019 to Se 2020 worked with Dixon Technology (I) Ltd. (Dehradun) As Sr. Engineer (New Product Development).

Dixon Technologies (India) Limited is the largest home grown design-focused and solutions company engaged in manufacturing products in the consumer durables, lighting and mobile phones markets in India.It is Washing Machine ODM of Samsung,Godrej,Panasonic,Haier,Intex,Lloyd,Marq etc.In the recent data Published by Business Standard, Dixon Technologies is Ranked at 306th Position amongst 1000 companies in India on the basis of Revenue. Since Mar2016 to Aug2019 worked with Vimal Plast India Pvt. Ltd. (G .Noida) As Engineer (Quality Assurance & Development).

The Vimal Plast India Pvt. Ltd. (VPIPL) Greater Noida plant came into being in 2001 with a purpose to service clientele like LG and Samsung for CTV, Refrigerators, Washing Machines and AC Parts. VPIPL has capacity to process more than 1500 tons of raw materials a month making it one of the biggest Injection Molding factories in the country. it is also an ODM of FAWM, SAWM & WASHER Assembly of Voltas,Godrej,Haier,Intex,Videocon,Marq,Micromax,Lloyd and company make self-Mold for all plastic parts of washing machine. Total Experience in various departments at VPIPL during job rotation plan :

Quality Assurance (Engineer) – 09 Months (LQC, OQC & ELT).

Voice of Customers issues collecting & solving to improve Product Quality of all Products.

IQC, OQC, ELT and LQC Process Quality control review.

Member of Full Time TDR team from QA in VPIPL worked on projects Theme “Productivity Improvement” 3F Improvement (Feel, Fit, Finish), LQC PPM reduction & Reloading reduction.
