Manage a team of technical writers and instructional designers (course developers) who are collectively responsible for creating best-in-class documentation and training courses. Together we author in MadCap Flare and deliver innovative Knowledge Centers that contain internal and customer-facing content that is targeted and easily consumable.

As part of my Scrum Master responsibilities, I held daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives to drive incremental improvements. As a Product Owner, I created and managed a roadmap in JIRA and drove backlog grooming.
