Daily Duties – Receptionist

• Do a handover with the night porter

• Deliver security access register & list

• Float checks & handling of float

• Balance laundry tokens

• Charge restaurant take away, room service food, newspapers (Private Owners)

• Print all pre-list (arrivals, departures, stay overs)

• Liaison with maintenance on any problems
