Research based learning Project(II) (Current )

Vibration analysis of thin plate (Currently working) Role:-Design and Analysis (in ANSYS WORKBENCH)

Designing and analyzing of thin isotropic plate and composite plate with simply supported on all edges is done to find natural frequency of the plates.

Changes in orientation effect of cut outs, size of cutout, stacking sequence of laminates, angle of each ply and accordingly the obtained results would be concluded.

Research based learning Project(I)

Buckling Load analysis of thin rectangular isotropic plate with elliptical cut out Role:-Design (in CATIA V5) and analysis (in ANSYS WORKBENCH) 1. Designed a thin isotropic plate with different aspect ratios for plate as well as cut out, changing orientation of cut out, size effects of cutout and thickness for perforated and non-perforated plate used in application of ships, automobiles and airplane.

2. Analysis of the buckling load obtained in static structural for simply supported boundary conditions on all edges and simply supported on width and clamped on lengths.

3. Results obtained confirmed use of square plate with perforation for boundary condition of simply supported on width and clamped on lengths as buckling loading carrying capacity increases

4. The simply supported on all edges boundary condition on plate’s increases buckling load for plates with aspect ratio 2 rectangular shaped. .

Final Year Project:

Design and Manufacturing of Die for Washer Production Project sponsor: - Universal Construction Machinery and Equipment Ltd. Role: - Design (in PTC Creo.)

Earlier used process for obtaining the washers was using plasma cutting process which resulted in inaccuracy of washers and hazardous process.

Reduced the cost and time required for production of washers.

In charge of designing die and deciding processes applicable to preparation of die by interaction with the company workers.
