Responsible for project delivery of company’s commercial off the shelf (COTS) software products for the mid-stream oil and gas industry. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, to the contractual scope, and with the required quality standards while making certain that the customer's expectations and system acceptance are achieved. Lead a team of functional and technical resources during the end-to-end implementation. Created and validated financial forecasts and provided ongoing reconciliation of resources and expenditures. Manage multiple projects at one time and ensure that management and project stakeholders were kept up-to-date weekly on the project's progress.

TransactionManager - Successfully executed a year-long project for a large Angola-based client to deploy TransactionManager. Managed a global team of 12-14 internal resources to implement a system that enabled the client's shippers and merchant pipeline operators to communicate and share information with its suppliers, transporters, and other companies involved in the business cycle. The system integrated all components of a pipeline’s or shipper’s purchase, sale, and transportation arrangements with third parties on their facilities. The project was completed one month earlier than scheduled and had a deal value of over 1 million.

PipelineScheduler – Managed a team of 5-7 resources to implement pipeline scheduling system for an Argentinian based client. The system provided a central data repository to standardize information management for accounting and marketing groups, operations, engineering, and management. It organized and consolidated crucial information to support daily commercial and operational decisions.

Synthesis Order to Cash System – Oversaw the upgrade of Synthesis 13.2 for a Colorado based client. Synthesis is a liquid logistics and commercial management application used by companies that store or transport liquid hydrocarbons to manage their entire order-to-cash cycle During cutover, we had to ensure that the client's external shippers, who used the system, were not impacted during cutover. I managed 6-8 internal resources on the project, and it took 10 months to complete

Gift Card Conversion Project/ Blackhawk & Incomm - managed project to convert 75 million legacy gift cards to FirstData's ClientLine system. Upon completion, this project brought in over 1 million dollars in revenue every month.

First Data TransArmor - managed project to implement payment card security that uses tokenization technology. Implementing the TransArmor project, improved our card data protection, eliminated card data storage and the rising cost and complexity of PCI compliance.

AJB/Verifone Retail Transaction Switch (RTS) - managed project to replace our transaction switch. It allowed the company to securely process individual credit card and transaction types to one of several financial institutions for authorization. It was the hub for all the payment processing needs in a multi-channel, retail environment where electronic payments are accepted from e-commerce sales, store, and call center.

Kronos Workforce Management & Workforce Mobile - managed the Workforce Management project in 2014 to deploy the Time and Attendance, Leave Management, Budgeting and Forecasting modules of Kronos to 25,000 employees. It helped the company control labor costs, improve workforce productivity, and manage compliance risks making the tedious tasks involved with monitoring employee time and attendance work easier.

Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management System (SIM) - Deployed SIM to 180 stores/18,000 employees in 2013. It helped store personnel perform in-store operations such as receive merchandise from the warehouse or directly from vendors, replenish and order stock, request and implement price changes, manage physical inventories and perform stock counts, print tickets, labels, and run management reports.

Human Resources Management System - Worked on several SuccessFactors upgrades. Also worked on data mapping projects to convert to Workday system.
