As a Planning Manager, I had more than 23 years of professional experience in major construction projects and good knowledge of construction methodologies planning and programming, cost control, and design and materials coordination for major construction projects throughout Asia Pacific such as the 7.5km deep excavation and hard rock tunneling, grouting or similar once in Hongkong, the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort in Singapore, Venetian at Cotai Strip Parcel 5 and 6 in Macau, 88 Storey Petronas Twin Tower in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, The 30 Storey New World Hotel in Manila, Philippines. The 10,000 m3/day Desalination Plant, Clean-room Fit-up and Hook up, MRT Northeast line and the 49km, 7.5m diameter and 50m depth Deep Tunnel Sewerage System project in Singapore using Tunnel Boring Machine. I was also involved in the construction of Open and Combined Cycle Power Plants in Vietnam, Thailand and Australia, the twin pressurized water reactor nuclear power station in China.
