•Faulty product detection and sepration system
A mechanism that works on sensors to detect products on the basis of dimension and colour and has a pneumatic cylinder mechanism using valves to push the fault product moving over coveyer belt. Result:- This system helps to maintain the product quality and eliminate some bottleneck operations
•Electromagnetic braking system
A braking system that stops the motion with the help of eddy current genrated by passing magnetic flux perpendicular to the rotating wheel.
Result:- This is a frictionless brake so no heat is genrated therefore no coolant is required and the life of braking system is longer then the normal brakes and even maintenance is not required. HOBBIES
