Responsibilities:
Ensuring consistent quality of production of various models of Motorcycles by developing and enforcing automated manufacturing system on in-house quality procedures, standards, specifications and recommendations.
Assessing customers’ requirements and ensuring that these standards are met in line with the Company’s Quality Management System QMS .
Ensuring the running of the quality department whilst making sure the department targets and delivery schedules are met. DUTIES
Closely monitoring and examining each stage of the entire production process
Segregating non-conforming parts in accordance with written quality procedures
Overseeing the identification of all parts components used in production process
