Testing and Validation of Chevy Volt (Hybrid)
Performed Coast down test on Chevy Volt 2011 plug-in hybrid vehicle and analyzed the effect on windows up, windows down, wind velocity direction, and vehicle speed on the fuel economy of the vehicle
Data acquisition by using OBD-Wiz, and analyzed the data of fuel consumption g (CO2)/mile, and Fuel Economy on City and Highway drive cycles as per the CARB and EPA requirements.
Remote Electronic Throttle Body Control via CAN communication with HIL/MIL testing
Developed control algorithms and truth tables for control design, built a CAN network using two ECUs ECU0565- 128 series designed a discrete controller to control the opening of the Bosch throttle body using a DC-motor based on received throttle command remotely via CAN communication.
Automotive Applications using CAN and LIN Bus Communication

Exhaust gas emission analysis on CUMMINS ISB Engine (In-Use Compliance Testing) Calibrated the emission bench to zero out the error by using span gases. Analyzed emission data from a 5-gas analyzer on Cummins ISB 6.7 L CI Engine. Utilized Emission analyzer software for data acquisition, files generation in.csv for post data processing, and Engineering Equation Solver (EES) to validate air-fuel ratio and lambda.
