Proficient Experience in Quality monitoring and reduce the rework and rejection through QC Tools, DOE study and Process improvement through kaizen.

Responsible to Monitor, Measure Analyzed and improve the Quality Objective through continual improvements.

Based on assembly fitment constrain & rejection conducting the supplier process audit as per the schedule and taking the CA to achieve the results.

Perform onsite supplier visit for root cause analysis and verification of corrective action.

Drawing related issues take up with NPD team through ECR.

Preparing special process validation for Painting process.

To develop process quality, process capability improvements & reduction of internal PPM

Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems via quality tools.

Product inspection, Incoming component inspection and Receipt pending item follow up.

Conduct process and product audit internal and supplier end.

Monitoring the product validation through Strip test and Endurance test on every month.
