PROJECTS AND INTERNSHIPS

1. Design and fabrication of remote/Wi-Fi-controlled portable Vacuum Gripper (B.E final year project)

• Designed and modelled in Catia V5, programmed using essential software and electronics and fabricated by our team. Its main use is in bio-safety labs where scientist deal with deadly micro- organism. It can also be used in warehouses for pick and place purposes. 2. Fabrication of Remote-Controlled Aeroplane (TECHKRITI 2018- IIT KANPUR)

• An Aeroplane was designed and fabricated for the use in defence, reconnaissance and another commercial use by our team.

3. Structural and Modal Analysis of Bus body structure using Composite material (M. Tech 1st sem course project)

4. Fabrication of 4 chess character pieces using Fanuc coding on CNC machine (M. Tech 1st sem course project)

5. Finite element analysis of car wheel rim using different materials (M. Tech 2nd sem minor project)

6. Internship in Karnataka Antibiotics Pharmacy Limited, Bengaluru in 2016

• In this Internship I analysed the working of various machines, their efficiency and the output rate and a detailed report was prepared with suggestions and handed over to the management. 7. Internship in Rail Wheel Factory, Bengaluru in 2017

• Undergone two weeks training at Rail Wheel factory and gained information regarding manufacturing of wheels and Axle, inspection processes, assembly line and delivery of the product.

8. Internship in Best Polymer, Bengaluru in 2020

• In this internship I studied about design of jigs and fixture and later completed the design of milling fixture. The design was submitted to the company. The duration of the internship was 8 weeks.
