Position: Customer Service & HR Payroll officer
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
-Manage a team of 12 customer service associates and lead weekly discussions to set goal as individual and as a team
-Scheduling customer appointments
-Communicate directly with customers on the floor and ensure their experience were pleasant
-Answered nearly 80 call daily from customers whether to solve their problems or arrange appointment for them
-All employee’s salary transfer upload to their bank accounts is processed every month and proper records are maintained in month wise folders
-Calculating and issuing pay by cash, or wire transfer in bank by online portal of bank
