PROJECT NAME: - HOT CAKE CHARGING FACILITY.

DESCRIPTION: - Design & Development of this facility in the coke plant battery area. This equipment is to charge the red-hot cake in the bucket, which is transferred by the charging crane into the CDQ chamber uniformly.

RESPONSIBILITY: -

• Developed 3d concept model of Hot Cake Charging Mechanism.

• Developed proposed layout and basic engineering.

• Developed detailed engineering.

• Generate drawings for manufacturing.

• Prepare Bill of Materials in the Windchill.

• Selection of electric cylinders, cam-lever mechanism, control sensors, bearings, coupling, fasteners and other mechanical standard accessories. PROJECT # 2

PROJECT NAME: - 25Kg PILOT COKE OVEN.

DESCRIPTION: - Design & Development of this equipment for the R&D purpose of the different types of the coke which is used as a fuel in to the different area of the steel plant. RESPONSIBILITY: -

• Developed 3d concept model of 25kg pilot coke oven.

• Developed proposed layout and basic engineering.

• Generate drawings for manufacturing.

• Prepare Bill of Materials in the Windchill.

• Selection of gear box, ball screw mechanism, electric control sensors, bearings, coupling, fasteners and other mechanical accessories.

PROJECT NAME: - CHARGING EMISSION CONTROL VALVE.

DESCRIPTION: - Design of Actuation mechanism for controlling emission during coal cake charging into oven battery.

RESPONSIBILITY: -

• Developed 3d concept model of Charging Emission Control Valve Mechanism.

• Developed proposed layout and basic engineering.

• Generate drawings for manufacturing.

• Prepare Bill of Materials.

• Selection of hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic actuator, control sensors, bearings, coupling, fasteners and other mechanical accessories.

PROJECT # 4

PROJECT NAME: - MECHANICAL BELT CONVEYOR SYSTEM.

DESCRIPTION: - Design of belt conveyor system for handling Sludge, Slag, Mill scale and dust generated from different units of Steel plant to the intensive mixer cum granulator to produce micro pellets of size 1-8mm.

RESPONSIBILITY: -

• Developed PFD, Key Plan, 3D proposed layout, Basic Engineering for belt conveyor.

• Generate Mechanical GA & Detail engineering

• Generate complete drawings for manufacturing.

• Prepare Bill of Materials.

PROJECT # 5

PROJECT NAME: - TSPDL (TATA STEEL PROCESSING & DISTRIBUTION LTD.) PLANT LAYOUT. DESCRIPTION: - TSPDL is provide both processing & distribution services. Its outputs mainly are HR

(Hot Rolled), CR (Cold Rolled) GP/GC sheets & coils. This layout was designed for coils & sheets processing units.

RESPONSIBILITY: -

• Developed plant layout model according to factory norms (Indian Factory Acts).

• Generate complete plant layout drawings.

• Study the different types of process i.e. Roll Forming, Slitting, and Cut-to- Length (CTL). PROJECT # 6

PROJECT NAME: - Wagon Tippler with Side Arm Charger. DESCRIPTION: - This system was designed for unload the materials like Coal, Coke and Iron Ore etc. from the rail wagon.
