Research Intern - Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi (Aug 2019 – Present) Development and fabrication of fiber-reinforced polymer composites for multi-utility applications, specifically for body armor and the aerospace industry.

Fabrication of composites by a novel technique of microwave processing of materials. Mechanical and microstructural characterization of fabricated composites. Current research: Ballistic impact simulation on Kevlar and UHMWPE composite with different weave patterns using FEM

Intern – Siemens Power Engineering Limited, Gurugram (Jan 2018 – May 2018) Gained hands-on with AVEVA PDMS (Plant designing software) and PTC CREO for designing pipe supports and their span. Experienced the R & D wing of the department and completed a live project by implementing BIM (Building Information Modelling) on a gas power plant situated in Berlin (Germany). Industrial Training- ACC Cements Limited, Himachal Pradesh (June 2016-July 2016) Handled the maintenance of the machinery department for the plant section and collection of daily data records. Worked in Research and development wing of the department and completed a live project by implementing BIM (Building Information Modelling) on a gas power plant situated at Berlin. Also worked on computational analysis in AVEVA PDMS (Plant designing software) and AUTO-CAD-3D for designing pipe supports and their span length.

Performed various design calculation for a ductile pipe including thickness and stresses inducing inside it. Induced in a project for their welding spot map and various examinations report.
