B.Tech Project- Design and Fabrication of Friction Stir Welded Joint of Aluminum and Copper

As Low density and high Strength to Weight Ratio of Aluminum and Copper attract each and every industry eg. Aerospace and Automobile, the FSWed joint was prepared and the parameters was adapted at their optimum level. After Successful accomplishment of Friction Stir Welding the Tensile Strength and Percentage Elongation was analyzed.

AMIE Project- Incremental Sheet Forming Analysis by Vertical Milling Centre As We know where the thickness to cross sectional area is very low the applications of sheet metal working processes become essential and especially when the working material is ductile. After Performing the application of Plastic Deformation Force on the surface of Aluminum the desired shape and size was easily obtained and then the yield strength and ultimateTensile strength was tested. Fabrication of Surface Metal Matrix Composite of AA8011 reinforced with Tic(Titanium Carbide) by Tungsten Inert Gas assisted Friction Stir Processing(FSP) In recent years Aluminum was also used for high temperature Applications and there was a need to coat and cladd the Aluminum surface with some high temperature resistant and anticorrosive material and for this the most effective and easily operationable processes are TIG, Plasma arc, Laser cladd. But there is some defects and limitations of these processes. FSP was adapted by many of the researchers to remove these. Currently I am working on this as M.Tech Thesis. Hindi- fluent
