Planned the overall data strategy (globally/regionally) and articulated the approach for multiple projects in parallel by following MET (Most Effective Technology).

Defined the overall data conversion and cleansing processes (globally/regionally) through various tools and vendors (CranSoft/BackOffice, etc.).

This was one of the largest and most complex data transfers in the company’s history. In addition to the global coordination, I managed the regional business validations, data loads, scope definition, scorecards, cutover support, training, facilitation, presentations, and many more data migration/conversion activities.
