Working in Production dept. at PLTCM (Picking Line coupled with Tandem cold mill),Cold Rolling Mill:

Working as shift in charge and ensuring shift production with help of maintenance team with safety.

Looking after Laser beam welder (for joining HR sheet ends), Pickling process and H.R. Slitter (edge trimming)

Managing manpower to achieve production target

Co-ordination with Electrical and Mechanical maintenance team for failure analysis and problem solving by ODG, IBA analyzer

Analyzing systems/equipment and recommending modifications to enhance Equipment operational efficiency.

Welder Recipe in Level-2 module for the new Grade.

Monitoring & controlling process parameters, enhancing process performance for improving quality of product, maintaining SOP and safety standards, using QC Tools, preparing Kaizen, OPL, Poka-Yoke.

Performing the preventive maintenance as per schedule, evaluating the root cause and analyzing for the permanent solution.
