Project: Piping Superintendent – Enerfab
Came on to an ongoing project that was behind schedule, over budget and unproductive.

Increased productivity from 0.55 to 1.33 in a matter of weeks.
Job consisted of FRP piping from 2” to 30” and supports and there was a small amount of carbon and stainless steel piping 6” and 3”.
CORVAL GROUP
Plant Superintendent / Site Manager 2017-2018
$7 Mil. project installing 12” to 42” piping and coolers.
$3.7 Mil dollar expansion to add 8” to 30” piping and components.
Responsible for recruiting, hiring, on-boarding and all areas of multi-craft supervision.
Created P6 schedule for project at Magellan and maintained the schedule with updates.

SNC LAVALIN (PSEG)
Piping Superintendent 2016-2017
Oversaw pipe, carpenters, operators, boilermakers and laborers on a two on one on one combined cycle power plant.
Piping department was on underground pipe moving to above ground pipe and setting tanks and equipment.
Carpenters were building and removing forms and the boilermakers were working HRSG’s. later when job ramps up man power will only be over piping and pipe components.
Union manpower project with direct hire management.
FISHBONE ENERGY (INEOS POLYMERS)

Ensured that contractor had all resources to perform job duties.

GRAND ISLE SHIPYARD
QC Manager 2015-2016
Drew Isometric drawings, created weld maps, made testing packages and closeout books.
In charge of QC on natural gas compressor station rework and additions.
Worked closely with client to ensure all packages and paperwork were prepared to their satisfaction.

Assisted Superintendent with completion of pipe work.
Worked mostly small bore pipe and installed valves and torque bolted connections.
Installed piping in accordance with drawings and specifications.
Made field changes on piping to ensure proper fitment.
Performed hydrostatic testing on new piping.
Project: Piping Superintendent – WFS (a Wyatt company) – Sinclair
Superintendent over pipe department before and during outage.
Planned and sketched drawings for new piping and estimated hours and materials.
Ordered materials for new pipe and oversaw fabrication in onsite fab shop.
Hired crews and supervision.
Estimated and performed discovery work also.
Updated schedule with percent complete.
Worked closely with safety and operations to ensure a safe and productive outage.
Completed outage on time with no incidents and no injuries.
PCL CONSTRUCTION
Area Superintendent 2013-2014
Superintendent over the Water treatment area, Cooling Tower, and Fuel Gas area.
Oversaw the setting of all equipment on foundation and the grouting each piece of equipment in these areas. The equipment consisted of pump skids and tanks. Also am over the piping of these areas. Installed all supports in these areas.
Worked very closely with scheduling to create a workable and smooth flowing schedule. Also worked with engineering to create work packages for each area.
Accountable for the safety of all employees under my Supervision.
After completion of water treatment area moved to Siemens Steam Turbine Generator and oversaw piping activities.
Responsible for accuracy of piping and ensuring that all supports and spring cans were installed in proper location.
Oversaw the welding and installation piping to the STG working with Millwrights to ensure that there was no stress on turbine.
Responsible for turning over completed work to QC for inspection.
Used construction management software to track quantities, manpower, cost, productivity and schedule.
KBR
General Superintendent / Pipe Superintendent 2012-2013
Project: Night Superintendent (MolyCorp)
Oversaw the nightshift work on a Salt Recovery Unit overseeing Pipe, iron, civil and electrical personnel.
Lead all night activities and did rollovers with the day shift superintendents.
Worked closely with safety for KBR and the client.
Ensured that the employees had the proper MSHA certifications and that the project was performed in a safe and productive manner.
Project: Pipe Superintendent/QA/QC (BPHusky)
Walked Packages for pre hydro, post hydro, and mechanically complete for sell off in TOSTR.
Flange management by watching torque process and signing on torque sheet.
Witnessed hydrostatic testing of the piping systems and informed client of completion of tests.
Finished the project by witnessing of the heat up of the reactor and noting any changes or issues involved with the growth of the reactor.
Worked closely with safety, engineering, contractor and client.
Project: Pipe Superintendent (Rock Tenn)
Worked on $60 million paper machine upgrade. Duties included take offs for bolts, gaskets and valves.
Determined the placing of filed welds for the fabrication shop.
Assisted schedulers in creating an understandable and useable schedule for the pulp mill portion of the project, providing updates during pre construction and during the outage.
Established a spool tracking spreadsheet to actuate the amount of pipe the project had. Worked closely with QC and safety.

Project: Pipe Superintendent – Wyatt Field Services (Shell)
Replaced Coker drum.
Planned and executed pipe department activities, assembled packages for client approval and hydro packages using P&ID/ISO.
Project: Project Superintendent – Schmueser & Associates (El Paso Natural Gas)
Worked on a 3-million dollar compressor station project.
Duties included QA/QC, procurement of materials and consumables for the project, subcontract negotiation and the writing of contracts, safety, HR responsibilities and time keeping.
Interacted closely with the client on all aspects of the project.
Project: General Foreman – Wyatt VI St. Croix (Hovensa)
Worked on two turnarounds. The first one was in the sulfur units and the second was in the acid plant.
Supervised crews of boilermakers during the outages.
Project: Pipe Superintendent – BE&K (Osage Oil)
Ensured accurate footage for systems packages and ISO completion for mechanical packages, as well as reporting to BE&K and subcontractor management.
Worked closely with QC department to ensure systems were completed to proper specification.
Project: Pipe Superintendent – BE&K (Proctor & Gamble)
Supervised the pipe department on a grass roots paper mill for Proctor and Gamble. There was 64000 feet of pipe mostly stainless steel and some carbon steel.
Worked closely with the safety department to ensure a safe project. worked close with scheduling and procurement.
Project: Piping Superintendent – KBR (Conoco Phillips)
Ran the complete pipe department on a Gasoline Benzene Reduction Project at a ConocoPhillips facility.
Oversaw the offsite and the ISBL piping of the project.
Assisted in the location of all tie-ins on the project working closely with engineering with 100,000 feet of pipe with 1000 tie-ins.
Moved 6 vessels from different units to new units the biggest weighs 110,000 lbs and the smallest is 30,000 lbs. The workforce in the pipe department is expected to exceed 500 people during the turnaround phase of the project.
Project: Site Manager – Integrated Service Company LLC (Westar Energy)
Oversaw the day to day activities as a sub contractor on a power plant grass roots project.
Project had 4 LM600 units and 2 7FA units. This plant is being run on natural gas.
Fabricated approximately 100 spools ranging from 1" sch 80 to 12 heavy wall.
Installed lube oil piping and assisted the start-up crew with the fuel gas blow down.
Company employed 125 employees including a night shift.
