Responsibilities HR Generalist Processing & Employee Grievances :

Following with the selected candidates to report in the scheduled date & Induction and New Employee Orientation

Providing the first hand information about HR policies to the New Joiners.

Providing them Joining kits which includes various documents like contact lists, holiday lists, etc. Also, responsible for providing them Employee Handbook, Appointment letters, ID cards, email ids, coordinating with Bank for opening of Salary Account, Access Cards and Work Station requests ready-to-use work station and various other manuals.

Ensuring completion of appointment & joining formalities

Updating of New Employee Joining data in HRMS

Maintenance of Personal Files,Preparation of Monthly and weekly MIS.

Filling of PF Forms & claim submission in P.F Office.

Training & Development:

Preparing and maintaining Annual Training calendar,

Coordinating with the departments for the training nomination based on the PMS Feedback

Coordinating & Organizing In-House & External Trainings as per the annual training calendar.

HR Functions and Employee Benefits:

Coordination with other departments to ensure delivery of HR goals.
