Started as a Warehouseman whose duties consisted mainly of shipping, receiving, and stocking inventory. Was quickly promoted to Delivery Driver. As a driver the daily tasks included transporting material to and from customers and/or out to project locations. After becoming familiar with customers, routes, and material accepted a promotion to Inside Sales. With this promotion came On-The-Job training that included data entry, phone, and email etiquette, quoting and billing, and fulfillment of customer orders. After 8 months was then promoted to Outside Sales. In this role my positive attitude and honesty with customers allowed for me to repair relationships with previously lost clients.
