I have built immense sound experience over the past 18 years in the Petroleum industry as a Distribution Co-ordinator, Depot Dispatcher and as a Transport/Logistics Co-ordinator. I monitored the execution of sales and stock movements to an average of 420,000 litres of petroleum products distributed to other Depots and customers country wide, ensured that zero tolerance to Safety was attained, while providing quality, effective and efficient service delivery. My responsibilities also included, managing, coordinating and monitoring over 80 fleet tanker trucks from all contracted transporters to uplift and distribute petroleum products to Depots and Customers. Managed and Monitored daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reconciliation of petroleum stocks in and out Depot stocks against sales.

Collaborated and liaised with other depot managers to avoid run out of the petroleum products.

Coordinated with marketing department for customer orders’ approval and execution.

Attended regularly high level Credit Board meetings with management.

I Rose through ranks from Depot Clerk to Dispatch Clerk while working for Caltex Zambia Limited. The following were my responsibilities:
