Nov 2020- Feb 2021: Parts Stores Manager: Oversee all procurement, warehousing & logistics operations for the company; leading and managing the Supply Chain activities for the Business.
Duties;
Managing all aspects of Purchasing, Strategic planning, Supplier selection, Supplier pre- qualification, Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies, Supplier Management, Negotiating with vendors to secure advantageous terms

Reduced the BFC for our Goods drastically by contracting the appropriate Logistics and clearing agents.
Through proper data capture and analysis we have been able to identify and import / buy what is required and also through this our forecast are usually 90% accurate

Duties;
Initiating the procedure of importation of consignments from our overseas suppliers-sourcing for freight services, clearing and forwarding services from various providers, awarding jobs to service providers and following up with them to the end of the job Warranty management: Receiving and submitting warranty claims to our international suppliers according to their quality regulations and policies.
