Auto insurance quote is a web based application for giving and maintaining auto quotes and policies for the customers. Customer can apply for an auto insurance quote online. The application is designed to adjudicate applications for various customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzed functional requirements for online auto insurance quotes application.

• Created Test Strategy document using Use Case and Business Requirement Specification document.

• Contributed in preparing and maintaining of the test plan.

• Created and executed test cases from Use Cases and BRDs in Excel for SIT,BAT/UAT environments.

• Executed Smoke test cases as per the entry criteria to accept or reject a new build for testing.

• Tested the GUI for easy and efficient use of end users.

• Responsible for updating and maintaining Jira for all the bugs found during functional and regression testing and follow up the bug life cycle.

• Performed Back end testing using SQL queries.
