Manufacturing and Supplier Quality:

• Analyse, monitor supplier related issues and take CAPA co-ordinating with the suppliers

• Supplier PPM monitoring and projecting the status to management on monthly basis

• Preparation of Quality Plan, Appearance Standard & Inspection standards for Incoming parts.

• Review and track supplier PPAP’s to assure timely and thorough completion prior to production start.

• Conducting PPAP audit for suppliers ensuring procured product meets drawings, specifications, processes and requirements.

• Driving Layered process audits and follow up actions for the NCRs

• Conducting Process & Product audits to make sure the process& product parameters are met as per the control plan

• Driving corrective actions for process rejections along with Manufacturing department

• Monitoring the capability of special characteristics and take corrective action for non-capable processes using process monitoring chart and control chart(Xbar R chart)

• Performing Layout inspection and Dock audit inspections

• Implementing online gauges & Poke yoke for customer touch points

• Implementation of RYG methodology and initiate proactive actions for inhouse process and eliminated the customer complaints

• Preparation and submission of PPAP documents for process changes and Product changes. Customer Quality Engineer :

• Prompt response and initiating interim actions during customer complaints,

• Eliminate recurrence issue by initiating corrective actions with QA matrix

• Interpretation of Customer specific requirements and aligning with internal systems

• Coordinating PPAP audits for process and Product changes

• Reviewing FMEAs and put in controls on the process through reverse FMEA approach

• Monitoring customer scorecard on regular basis.
