Reviewing marketing dollars and recommending new ad sources, CRM and campaigns. Training on-site teams on posting ads to Appfolio. Ensuring all design direction is up to 6 Star standards and managing to completion. Implementing KPI’s and bonus structures company wide. Mentor and motivate on-site teams made up of C class properties and welcoming their current systems into the digital age. Responsible for a reposition on a cluster of 9 buildings (900+ total units) in the North Hollywood Arts District. Oversaw interior and exterior upgrades while staying within budget. Responsible for hiring and managing a team of 10 employees and multiple vendors.

Responsible for a $1 million dollar renovation on a 100 unit boutique asset in the heart of Beverly Hills. Developed and implemented a strategic marketing plan which was instrumental in generating revenue and increasing occupancy while under construction. Project manager of capital improvements and scope of work. Forecasted and stayed within budget for general operating expenses.
