Crafted multi- layered marketing strategy to increase giving and participation. Increased donations to record levels of over $500,000 with 75% participation. Launched new campaign program which set consecutive annual records for the most funds raised in a single day ($750,000 in its first year, 2005, and $1,000,000 in 2006) and significantly reduced the volunteer hours required over the course of the annual campaign drives.
