Cash Flow

Modeled Excel HUD review workbook to automate residential closing statement review for accuracy and weekly cash flow projections in $5,000,000+, resulting in authorization to close home.

Used Lender Analysis Model (Excel) to supported company’s largest cash flow inflows (fleet equity) and largest cash outflows (vehicle down payments and monthly principal and interest payments).

Presented to leadership monthly cash flow needs to private equity ownership, based on the outputs of the model. Incorporated data points from fleet director fleet, accounting and business intelligence.

Budgeting and Analysis

Produced ad hoc reporting and analysis for CFO. Determined used vehicle financing capacity. Established special deal financing capacity; calculated incentive repayments based on time and quantity of vehicles purchased.

Post-Acquisition Audit – Compared current projected financial results of various projects against projected results at CAC presentation. Explained variances, incorporating various market, material cost and regulatory changes over several years. Cross-departmental effort with land, finance, sales and marketing, and purchasing. Tax Compliance and Bankruptcy

Preparation of 2003 - 2009 amended federal and New York income tax returns for client reporting Passive Foreign Investment Company (PFIC) income, capital gains, allocation of prior years’ tax and related interest under §1291 rules.

Prepared US consolidated 1120 and consolidated or separate state corporate tax returns for multi-entity, multi-state waste disposal company using Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE software.
