Implemented lean methodologies to improve revenue and save costs; identified significant savings through labor reduction to remain under budget while generating higher than anticipated revenues through the restructuring process of the contract.
Pioneered the development and initiation of the Department of Veterans Affairs Community Care Network Contract (CCN) expanding VA Care to all Private Practice Practitioners across the Continental United States within a six-month period. Allowing VA care to an additional estimated 6 million eligible Veterans and their families.

Developed and implemented market and niche prospecting plans to increase lead generation.
Transformed the existing applicant training program to focus on critical components preparing them for their entry level training. Results of this transformation led to a success rate of 98% completion rate for those applicants who completed the program and then shipped to recruit training verse the 80% success rate of those who had completed the previous program.
