1. Designing and Installation of package unit of 5TR along with controller unit comprising of two heaters of 4KW each and a motor of 1KW. The unit was added with the controller unit in order to give the precise temperature having a temperature variation of +- 0.5 deg C according to client’s demand. The system was controlled by Modbus Integrator

(RX 485) communication. The project includes civil work of insulation of wall and roofs with the PUF panels of thickness 50mm and 100mm.The two rooms i.e. R&D lab and Anti Room were pressurized under double positive and single positive pressure of 26 and 12 gauge pressure respectively in order to avoid infiltration. It was almost a challenging project for us and the project was successful. 2. Installation of Fan Coil Unit of 2TR in the IT UPS Room of the Gillette India Ltd. It included piping of 25mm and fixing of valves, actuators.

1. Designing and Installation of Fume Extraction System of exhaust 4,650 CFM. 2. As execution of project at P&G GILLETTE is quite a tough job for the contractors as the company has many safety norms and policies which includes training of individuals. Filling of daily task permit, JSA (Job Safety Analysis), hot work permit for welding and brazing. The safety belt has to be wore above 1.2m (4ft). So, I have got a proper training of safety and use of required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in order to execute the work smoothly and without bypassing under the required time.
