• Key Responsibilities

Carry out initial study of Designs & Specifications.

Ensure that the work carried out complies with International Standardization codes, project specifications, work instructions, procedures as appropriate.

Perform and Inspection of QA/QC Testing likes Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing and Liquid Penetrant Testing.

Prepare & submit all test result reports

Raise Non-Conformance Reports as seen during inspection and follow-up on status of rework and close-out. Attend to all potential problems to prevent occurrence of defects.

Performing Inspection of incoming materials with material data sheet like Steel raw material, plastic and fibreglass handles along their child products of hammers.

Perform and Prepare Non conformity reports and submits to the superiors on issues of Quality.

Knowledge about PPAP document.

Calibrating the instruments on time and as per plan & its Master list maintenance, tracking.

Preparing Quality Plan & Control Plan for new developed component

Ensuring final product quality by inspection and destructive testing

Handling Incoming inspection of raw material and semi-finished goods

Stage wise inspection for compliance with QCP

Handling new product development from initial stage of manufacturing to final testing of finished goods

Perform complete product performance testing as per buyer or International Standard requirement (ASME, DIN and British Standard).
