Expanded product line brands and increased inventory turns from four to six times. Achieved 18% to 20% YoY revenue growth for three consecutive years, from FY 2004 to FY 2006, more than tripling the company’s EBITDA growth.
Designed and implemented new performance reporting to better evaluate and manage personnel, understand customer behavior, improve product offerings, and drive market growth.
