My employment career started in 2011 as a Graphic Design Reprint Coordinator. In 2012, I joined the South African National Defense Force, whereby I spent the next 2 years learning and practicing defensive strategy and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Since then, I have been working as a customer care specialist for the past 5 years. During that time, I've developed impeccable customer service skills and the ability to politely deal with disgruntled customer complaints. I'm accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously, and can offer new ideas to help the business excel. I have a proven track record of excellence within the contact centre industry. Duties at my previous company included customer services, financial services, sales and office administration. During my tenure, my biggest accomplishment was growing from a customer care specialist to a managerial role. My experience in the industry has helped me improve my leadership skills, hone my organizational skills and has provided me with an extensive knowledge of the contact centre industry. I believe my extensive expertise will help ensure your establishment succeeds well into the future.
