Problem-solving skills: I am efficiently able to brainstorm different solutions for a cross-road or conflicting situation, such as finding an alternative method as opposed to one that is regularly used

Interpersonal skills: To follow-up on my communication skills, I find it easy and business-savvy that I have the ability to find similarities or ways of better interacting with others, be it customers, work colleagues, etc

Social perceptiveness: I tend to keep an open and non-opinionated mind when seeing the world around me and others' opinions. I try to stay conscious of the way others think and how they perceive views, topics or ideas, and find ways to seek a middle ground if we have opposing views on an issue

Excellent people skills: As previously stated, I am a natural extrovert and have been told I work very well with others, and have always enjoyed conversing with people of all backgrounds. I find differing personalities intriguing and am curious to explore other points of view

Relationship building: I have the motivation to take advantage of my people-skills in both the work place and within my personal life; I find relationship building in the work place can be even more effective than using a logical, more business-related approach to reaching customers and gaining a higher status
