Quality Assurance Manager

Management of internal Quality Assurance Program both maintenance and airline operations for a fleet up to 85 aircrafts (A320/321 and Superjet), leading a team of 6 auditors for the surveillance of MRO and internal shops, maintenance and engineering areas/processes as well as airports, cargo, security, ground handling, dispatch, fight and cabin crew operations, the main responsibilities include:

• External vendors and suppliers surveillance program (approval, control and monitoring).

• Management of Quality Assurance Manual to comply with local and external requirements of Civil Aviation Authorities (AFAC Mexico, DGAC Chile and UAEAC Colombia) for approval and retention of Interjet Repair Shop Certifications granted to Interjet MRO.

• Development and support of Operational Safety investigations both maintenance and airline operations.

• Oversight of fulfillment of third-party services customers’ requirements for Interjet Repair Shop

• Coordination of checklists development in accordance with regulations to be fulfilled and applicable requirements.

• Revision of audit final reports and coordination for non- conformities follow-up and closure.
