Personal Statement:
As a SHEQ Manager, I bring 12 years of experience to the organisation. I am passionate about Health and Safety and aspire to continue developing in SHEQ Management. I hold a National Diploma in Safety Management (UNISA – University of South Africa) as well as a ProQual Level 5 (Foundation Degree) and a ProQual Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practise (Bachelor’s Degree)
Staying healthy and fit is important to me as I believe it helps to have a balanced lifestyle and keeps me motivated. In my line of work being detailed orientated is very important and it is something that I pride myself in. Showing respect is important to me and I enjoy working in a team and work well under pressure. For me being punctual is a way of showing respect to others.
When faced with a challenge I apply my skills and work with the team to overcome the challenge. In my daily life, I find opportunities to learn and to teach and take great pleasure in training others to help them to grow.
