Finding the moisture content in the coatings using Karl Fischer Titration tester.(ASTM D4017) Shore hardness testing ( Shore A and Shore D).(ASTM D 2240) Determination of Abrasion resistance of coatings.(ASTM D 4060) To find out the weight percent Solid Contents of coatings.(ASTM D2369) Testing the adhesion of materials on different substrates such as concrete and metallic.(ASTM D7234) Elongation and tensile strength calculation of coatings specimens.(ASTM D2370) To calculate the specific gravity of coatings.(ASTM D1475) Impact resistance of coatings.(ASTM D2794).

To find the tack dry, dry to handle and full dry and determination of tack free time of products applied on different substrates.

Waterproofing strength of products.

To measure the percentage of water absorbed by specimens. Mixing of the samples in different ratios.

Making sheets of the samples, testing the leveling, sagging & wet film thickness of samples. Cutting of the samples in different dimensions.
