● Job Responsibilities:

1) Project planning, Execution and monitoring day-to-day construction activities on site. 2) Study of construction drawings and preparation of works. 3) To manage inventors on site with minimal wastage and optimum utilization of human resources and technology.

4) Work out the quantities of material.

5) Checking requirement of materials.

6) Setting out the work in accordance with drawings and specification. 7) Prepare bar bending schedule.

8) Prepare daily progress reports as well as next day planning report. 9) TO check internal finishing works like gypsum punning, plaster, flooring, internal and external painting works, carpentry work, electrical fitting work, Elevation work with GRC & FRP materials, as per architectural drawing.

10) Checking quality of the work. Find errors if any and make a list of all the errors in work. Error list handover to vendors for rectification.
