Directly reporting to the AGM Finance of the hotel.
• Responsible for Night Audit during the shift.
• To Re-check all the posting during the day.
• Working on latest version of Micros & Opera.
• To check the credit card transactions & batch closing for the same.
• To prepare the Reconciliation of Cash, Credit Card, Company ledgers.
• To generate all the daily basis report, MIS reports, month end reports & maintain the record for the same.
• Knowledge of F&B Control.
• Monthly Inventory of Food & Beverage Store.
• Knowledge of Credit Policy.
• Audit guest accounts to ensure that room rates and market codes are correct and congruent.
