Used data from School City to pinpoint gaps in learning and created interventions for these students who did not meet benchmark testing. Increased their skills and scores by differentiated instruction and Best Practices. Also during the course of the school year, I had a section of eighth student's for resource.The students were learners who needed encouragement and targeted based learning. These students maximized their learning through small group interventions.
Collaborated with education stakeholders by examining test results through School City to improve test scores for the Arizona Merit Exam and school wide benchmark testing. Maintained good classroom control by giving timely lessons, differentiated instruction,and cooperative learning opportunities.
Teaching methods included in instruction were direct instruction, cooperative learning, discovery, inquiry and interdisciplinary approach through project based learning.
