Title: Sustainable Building Construction Cost Comparison with a Conventional G+1 Building Duration: 3 months

Description: The project was about detail estimation and costing of building materials used in conventional and sustainable construction by preparing BOQ, quantification of each trade as per plans given by architect and structural engineer.

Learnings: It was observed that there was a difference in construction cost when green materials were replaced with conventional materials in construction of a G+1 building and the cost of construction shot up by 7%. Title: Design and Analysis of Commercial Buildings Period: 2 months
